Bawadi for Peace and Development Organisation hereby declares its full support for Decision No. (3) of 2025 issued by the Prime Minister of the TASIS Government, Mr, Mohamed Hassan El-Taishi, on ensuring humanitarian access. We commend the courage of the leadership in taking this step under the difficult circumstances of war and prevailing security concerns.
We view this decision as a genuine expression of goodwill and a serious commitment to restoring the flow of civil and humanitarian work that Sudan has lacked since the outbreak of the conflict. It is, in our perspective, a pivotal step toward rebuilding trust and alleviating the suffering of affected citizens.
Bawadi also acknowledges the practical commitments contained in the decision to safeguard humanitarian workers and ensure the fair and safe delivery of assistance. The Organization affirms its full support for this initiative and its readiness to cooperate with the National Humanitarian Access Authority and all partners to ensure its success.
In this context, Bawadi for Peace and Development Organisation calls on the international community, United Nations agencies, and donor entities to support this decision and translate it into practical action through the provision of resources and expertise. This must be done without being hindered by political complexities or the existence of multiple authorities in Sudan, bearing in mind that the foremost priority is to save lives and protect human dignity in areas that have been most affected since the onset of the war.
